Delta Life Fitness is one of the rare fitness franchise concepts to be listed on the SBA Franchise Registry. In addition, we have financing available through third parties. Using our financing partners allows qualified candidates to open studios with ample funding for only 20% of the total investment. We do require certain financial qualifications in order to be approved as a Delta Life Fitness franchisee.
FINANCIAL REQUIREMENTS:
$75,000 liquidity, $150,000 net worth with a credit score of 620+
TOTAL: $303,900 – $439,150
Ongoing Franchising Fees
Royalty Fee – 6% of Gross Sales or $1,000 per month, whichever is greater
Advertising Fee – 2% of Gross Sales
